Orders are shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends. Orders placed before 11 am AEST will be dispatched the same day.

Return to Sender parcels due to incorrect address and/or non-delivery will incur a $6.95 restocking fee. This will be automatically deducted from your account. We are not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels during transit.

Preorder items will be shipped from the month listed on the product page at the time of placing your order. Should there be any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will update you by email on any changes to the arrival date.
